Here’s how you do it!
- Check your points total on your monthly Rewards statement
- Choose your items from our web site or catalogue
- Have your PGG Wrightson account number handy
- Place your order using one of the following 3 easy options:

Simply use the Quick search function on the Redeem Online page to find a Rewards item and add it to
your redemption cart.

Phone 0800 62 62 62
You can contact our Rewards call centre to place your order. Our call centre is
available from 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

TXT Rewards plus your order to 244
Text ‘Rewards’ followed by:
- Your name
- PGW Account Number
- The code(s) and description(s) of the Rewards item(s) you wish to redeem
to 244. Texts cost 20c per message.

Please note:
- Your Rewards order will be delivered to your normal PGG Wrightson account address
or nearest collection point.
- If you wish to specify an alternative delivery address or if you are using points
from multiple accounts, you will need to contact us on 0800 62 62 62 to place your
order.
- Please ensure you provide the correct product code(s) and description(s) as orders
are not exchangeable.
